Chidera Eggerue also known by her pen name, The Slumflower,  is a writer and fashion blogger. She is best known for her book, What a Time to Be Alone, and the online campaign #SaggyBoobsMatter. She started a blog called The Slumflower to highlight fashion that is not covered within the mainstream. The name refers to the concept of a rose growing from concrete, and comes from the short film created by creative duo Street Etiquette. The blog features modern street style fashions that are affordable. She also writes on topics like friendship, dating, racism, and sexism. In early 2018, she hosted a Newsbeat documentary that explored hair loss and her own experiences with traction alopecia. She cites Munroe Bergdorf, Renni Eddo Lodge and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie as her biggest inspirations. In 2008, Enyinne ( @enyinneo ), a former Hedge Fund Operations Analyst, decided to leave the world of Wall Street behind and pursue a path of entrepreneurship. She started Heritage1960, a blogzine and an online retail destination offering a curated view of global African fashion, lifestyle, and design.  Named after the year 17 African countries won their independence, Heritage1960 celebrates freedom, individuality and unique style inspired by the continent. Born in the US, Enyinne grew up in Kuwait and has lived and studied in Philadelphia. You may have come across Chichi E on the Tyra Banks show or spotted the duo in Philadelphia style magazine. They are based in America. Linda is a model, modelling agent, writer, publisher, producer, blogger, catwalk groomer, choreographer, make-up artist, business owner…..name it, and a young lady with a very bright future. She is best known for her days as a model, and at one time was reputed to be one of Nigeria’s highest paid. She has won the Model of the Year Award in 2001 and has worked for top indigenous designers like Tiffany, Amber, Dakova, Labannella, Mudi, Mon-Ami and Kesse Jabari. Linda has graced the billboards, posters, calendars, newspaper and TV advertisements of MTN, apple Cosmetics, First Atlantic Bank and MTEL, among others. At present she is the Chief Executive Officer of Black Dove Communication Limited, a flourishing event and modeling agency based in Yaba, Lagos. She is also the publisher of FM&B Magazine, a glossy fashion and lifestyle magazine available at all the leading retail stores and bookshops in Nigeria. Linda also maintains a popular lifestyle blog – Linda Ikeji .

Nena Kalu Ogba is one of Nigeria’s top fashion designers. Her label, Nena Kal Hunters, specializes in designing and producing unusual high fashion millinery with best quality materials and trims for all sorts of occasions. Nena however is best know for her hat designs. Nena went to Shell Camp Primary School, Owerri and an Anglican Seminary Secondary School in Umuahia. She studied Fashion and Textile Design at De-Monfort University . Nena Kal Hunters is a brand based in Lagos and one to keep an eye on.
