  Nnaeto Orazulike is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Group. This parent company consists of Genesis cinema as well as Genesis Foods Limited, Genesis Sojourner Limited, Genesis Restaurant Limited; Genesis Hub Limited, Genesis Technical Company Limited, Stanchions Logistics Limited and Stanchions Nigeria Limited, a premium estate company in Port Harcourt. Cheluchi is the founder and executive director of Centre for health ethics, law and development (CHELD), an organisation that provides a holistic approach to health law and policy developments in Nigeria. She holds a doctorate degree in law, specialising in Health Law, Ethics, and Policy from Dalhousie University, Canada. She has a First Class degree in law from the University of Nigeria. Cheluchi has practised law in a top law firm in Nigeria, developed policy and regulation within government, conducted research in health law, ethics and policy, and helped draft health legislation and regulations, and consulted for different international development organisations.
